Wirkus Academy is designed to keep learning simple, respectful, and privacy-aware.
Profile visibility
Students and mentors can choose whether their profile appears on the homepage. Student profiles are shown only when homepage visibility is enabled and the student has an approved public portfolio project.
Online visitor counts
The homepage shows online activity as aggregated numbers only: public visitors, students, and mentors. It does not show names, emails, IP addresses, or personal last-seen details.
Profile photos
Profile photo uploads are limited to JPG and PNG images, with a maximum size of 2 MB. File names are randomized, and uploaded images are stored locally in the application upload folder.
Public portfolio content
Portfolio projects may appear publicly only after they are submitted, approved, and marked public. Students can choose what they submit and whether a project is public.
